The Tri-County Branch, chartered over fifty years ago, is one of the fasting growing branches in the state and has become more active than ever. Members are given an opportunity to work in committees, to attend, to support the branch financially, or simply to provide well wishes or prayer. Meetings are well attended, in part because of the learning opportunities offered by the monthly workshops, and because of the obvious strides being made by the branch to improve conditions in the Tri-County area. Not only did the branch work with the students of the University of North Alabama to charter a college chapter, but it is now working with young members within the branch to officially establish a youth committee.

The Membership Committee shall:

  1. Work throughout the year to maintain and increase the membership of the Association
  2. Be responsible for planning and organizing the annual membership campaign
  3. Be responsible on a continuous basis for soliciting new members and for securing renewals
  4. Initiate all possible means to obtain Life Members and sponsor a continuing program towards this end
